Perfect for warming up after the sun goes down! This home, like many in the Puget Sound area, does not have air conditioning. We provide fans and all the windows open to allow good air circulation. The firepit by the water's edge is great for making smores. Sit by the fire to watch the sunset and relax with friends at the end of a fun day of lake activities! Guests will have access to the entire house. There is parking on site with a maximum of three vehicles. The detached garage and camper belong to the owner and are not part of the rental. The hot tub is also not part of the rental. Guests may call the host for emergencies or urgent matters concerning the property. Otherwise, messaging the host is an effective means of communication. The property abuts wetlands on one side to allow plenty of privacy. Guests will enjoy the feel of lake vibes and the beautiful scenery but still have easy access to conveniences such as shopping and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Ample parking on the property. Maximum of three passenger-sized vehicles. No oversized vehicles or RVs. There are an abundance of wildlife living on the lake. On quiet mornings, the otters will come out to swim. We believe they live around the pilings near the wetlands adjoining our property. A large variety of water fowl can be seen throughout the day and bald eagles soar the skies over the lake. Please take note that the water level at Lake Tapps is lowered from October to April. During these months, the water level may not be suitable for water craft use. However, the lake views are still amazing and the birds and other wild life seem to be easier to spot as the lake is quieter and less populated.
