The space This unit has 6 Bedrooms, TV Lounge, two Kitchen, Kids play area, Garrage and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy beautiful mountain views . Each of the bedrooms is elegantly furnished and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The living areas are beautifully decorated, featuring cozy seating arrangements, wide open terrace balconies with each room, offer breathtaking views of the lush / snow covered mountains of Nathiagali and Kashmir. Kid's play area with Swing, Slide, trampoline and outdoor garden area, perfect for relaxing, playing games, or enjoying a barbeque amidst nature's beauty. The surrounding hills and forests provide ample opportunities for nature walks, hiking, and exploring the scenic landscape. In addition to above mentioned accomodation for guests, two separate Servant/Driver rooms available. Guest access Accommodation: 6 Bedrooms: 5 king size beds, 7 single beds, 3 Sofa cum beds. 20 guests can sleep on beds. Additional mattresses are provided with extra charges. Max guest capacity is 30. Lounge: A common area with sofas, coffee tables, TV (Netflix, Sattelite channels, Board games), indoor sun/snow deck to relax and enjoy beautiful view. Outdoor sitting areas: Multiple outdoor terraces where +30 guests can sit and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful mountain views. Kitchen: Equipped with stove, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, Cookingware and crockery. Cook: A full-time cook is available, you can order food from our A'la carte menu or opt for cooking service with an additional charges (all cooking material provided by guest) . Guest who prefer cook their own food can use our kitchen facility free of charge. Servant: A full-time servant available who can offer assistance in kitchen, serving food, room cleaning, and grocery delivery. Guests can discuss with him and agree on a tip in advance. BBQ / Gas Grill: Facility available for guests to enjoy outdoor grilling. Coal and wood available with extra charges. Firepit: A move able firepit on outdoor terrace where guests can gather around a fire for warmth and ambiance. Kid's play area: kids can enjoy swing, slide and trampuline. Free parking: Guests have access up to 5 free indoor parking spaces. Coaster and HIACE can park inside. Wifi: Complimentary WiFi internet access is available. Electricity: Heavy duty generator 20KVA, Solar system and UPS available for 24 hrs electricity back up. Water Supply: Resort have its own deep water boring to ensure water continuity in all seasons. Hot water: Gyzers are installed in all rooms. Guests are expected to turn on Gyzer as required and turn off before sleeping in the night to save energy and ensure safety. Heating System: Gas/Air combined heating system available in all rooms, washrooms, lounge and turned on between 15Nov - 30 Mar. Servant/Caretaker accomodation: Additional 2 rooms available where our Servant or caretaker stay and available 24 hrs on call for any assistance. Guest's male drivers/servants can sleep in the servant room. These amenities and features create a comfortable and convenient environment for guests to enjoy their stay.
