The space The home is spacious and well situated, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 2 half baths. 3 family rooms to relax and enjoy time together, and a full kitchen which will comfortably seat 12. Spend time outdoors on the wrap around porch, fire pit area, relaxing on the hammocks, playing volleyball or tetherball, boat house and deck and of course - on the water! Guest access You will have access to the entire home, other than the garage and owners closet. Other things to note Our neighborhood requires a short term rental agreement to be signed.
