The space This charming vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood in a building of only 2 units. It offers a unique layout with a comfortable interior space and a Caribbean-style dining area outdoors, protected from rain, to recreate the island spirit. The home features: ✔ 3 private bedrooms ✔ 1 bathroom ✔ Gas BBQ ✔ Smart TVs with Pluto TV (or you can install your own streaming apps) ✔ High-speed internet ✔ Washer and dryer The bedrooms are all equipped with queen beds and their own TVs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room has a sofa and an open kitchen where guests can relax, watch TV, or cook a meal. The dining area is outdoors, under a covered patio, so you can enjoy your meals al fresco even if it's raining. There is also a BBQ grill with and additional table in the backyard for guests to use. Parking There’s space for 2 vehicles right at the front of the house reserved for your use and free of charge. Remote working Even if there is no dedicated workspace spot, with high-speed internet (300 Mbps), the house is ideal for anyone with work to do. You can find a quiet and comfortable space to get your laptop out and can easily keep in touch with colleagues, clients and customers, wherever they are in the world. Security cam 2 Security cameras are located in front of the house to check the parking there is motion control activated and recording . Please note that in the case of last-minute reservations (less than 48 hours before arrival in the building), we require this information immediately, as we can only process last-minute registrations with proof of a last-minute booking. ✔ The minimum age required to book our place is 21 years old for the primary guest as mandated by the building management. Please do not book if you are under 21 years old, as you will be required to cancel on your end, and we will enforce the cancellation policy. ✔ Please note that the electronic access is provided by the building's software. ✔ While we are delighted to host families, please be aware that our apartment does not offer special amenities or safety equipment for children. We cannot take responsibility in case of accidents.of ✔ We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like trash bags in trash cans, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash ( no refill). ✔ We do not supply any food or cooking condiments. All food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of condiments like cooking oil, salt & pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. prior to check-in. If you plan to cook at home, you can easily pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
