Well-equipped country home near Mont-Tremblant. Guests can enjoy the hot tub from mid-September to mid-May while the heated in-ground pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. Great for outdoor enthusiasts, families and their dogs. Visit the nearby beach, or relax by a bonfire in the back yard. The region has tons of activities year round. From canoeing and kayaking on the Red River, hiking, fishing, swimming, skating and skiing in the Laurentians and many more. The space Three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a king bed, dresser, large closet desk and chair. Bedroom 2, has a queen bed, dresser, large windows, closet and night tables. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed, dresser and closet. The main floor has a luxurious bathroom with an incredibly comfortable bath, sink and toilet. A cozy dining room next to a well stocked kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. The living room has an L shaped couch, a love seat, 55 inch tv and large windows. On the second floor there is another bathroom with a double shower (yes, two showers!), sink and a toilet. Outside, a large deck with a sectional and a BBQ. In the back yard, there is an in-ground pool and a fire pit. Guest access The house is on a crescent near the main road, a close to the center of Brebeuf where there are several antique shops, a bank, a grocery store, the municipal beach and a restaurant. The property has a large driveway that can accommodate many cars. There is a keypad on the front door, an access code will be provided to let you in the house.
