The sea is only apx 1.5 km, and the complex has a private/common pool which is regularly maintained .The pool is unattended ( so extra care is needed for families with children-max depth 1.70-1.80m). Other things to note Some of the complex houses are permanently inhabited by people who are living and caring about the complex well being. Safety and friendliness are the characteristics of the complex. There is a common pool in the complex ( unheated), which is unattended ( so extra care is needed for families with children-max depth 1.70-1.80m The stair way to the first floor ( bedroom area) does not have any safety gates at either end, thus extra care is needed from the parents. If keys are lost or you are accidentally locked out,a locksmith will be called and any extra costs have to be paid by you directly.
