On about 45 square meters, the floor accommodates two people in the 1.80 wide double bed. In addition to the bedroom, we offer a spacious eat-in kitchen with a very well-equipped kitchen area, a dining table and a living area with sofa and TV. A private small daylight bathroom with shower is available. The space The 20 sqm bedroom has a cozy bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) including bed linen, dresser, clothes rail with hangers, a comfortable armchair and a desk as a workplace. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, oven/grill/microwave/dishwasher/4-plate electric stove, Nespresso coffee machine, pots, plates, cutlery, dish towels, etc. as well as a dining table with chairs. In the light-flooded living area, a comfortable couch and a TV await you. A selection of books and city guides are provided. The floor is equipped with LAN and Wi-Fi. We will gladly provide you with a crib on request. Guest access The rooms are located in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached through the public staircase via a spiral staircase. The spiral staircase is not suitable for people with disabilities. Other things to note Animals are allowed only upon request. No smoking inside the rooms.
