With a little luck, you can spot wildlife from the living room at dawn! It's a two to 6-person house with area of 80m2, storage room 25m2 and on its own plot/garden of 600m2 . Our vacation home is located on a very quiet and small park Het Belegh van Groll. Feel at home and enjoy the beautiful Achterhoek! The space On the ground floor, you will find the living room with open kitchen. The French doors to the terrace give a nice view of the garden and the wide surroundings. Also on the ground floor the first double bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and utility room with washing machine. Upstairs there are two more double bedrooms and the landing. The spacious sun terrace faces south and comes with a cozy garden set and lounge area with wood-burning stove. The driveway has space for three cars. The holiday home is located on a private plot/garden of 600m2 with lots of privacy. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. In the enclosed storage room you can use for your brought bikes.
