Charming Condo on Liberty Lake

Kick back and relax in this calm, luxurious haven on the water in Liberty Lake. Serene and stylish, this recently updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has all you need to decompress in a spectacular setting. Hike or swim or just sit on the dock of the bay to take in the beauty. Close to town and close to nature, this charming space offers all the amenities for a perfect weekend. NOTE: Upper unit may or may not be rented. Outdoor spaces--including kayak and propane fire pit--may or may not be shared. The space 2 bedrooms with Queen mattresses 1 sofa couch 1 bathroom with shower 1 full kitchen including a counter area with bar stools dining table for six outdoor patio with propane fire pit (potentially shared with other guests) New dock installed Nov 2025 (Potentially shared with other guests.) 3 kayaks (potentially shared with other guests). They are blow up kayaks. We provide a portable AC unit along with a fan to help with the heat during the summer months. The thermostat is located in the upper unit which you would not have access to. However, we keep it set at 72 degrees. During the winter months there are 3 heaters in which you could use and set to the desired temperature you want. They heat up the unit quickly. We just ask that they are not all on one side in the unit using the same breaker as it could potentially trip. The heaters are strategically placed to avoid the breaker from being tripped. Guest access Park in the carport below the garage. Taller SUV's or trucks may not fit entirely in the space. It's a longer driveway and has room for at least 2 vehicles. The easiest way to park is either to pull down the driveway from up top and then back into the carport area or just the opposite, back down the driveway and then nose in the carport. The front door is just a few steps from the carport. Unit B. Do not block the driveway as it is shared with the house next door. Use the entry pad to unlock the door. Lock set to the last four digits of the phone number associated with your AirBNB account + check mark. Other things to note You most likely will hear the guests upstairs either talking, walking, watching TV or chairs being moved around. Unfortunately, when the house was in the process of being completed a noise barrier was not added, as it was going to originally be 1 house.
