Ground floor being the living, dining and kitchen area and up is for bedrooms. Has 2 full bath. 1 for each floor. NOTE FOR PEOPLE WITH ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. OUR PROPERTY IS NOT EQUIPED WITH ANY ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES AND IT HAS STAIRS. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THE PROPERTY AND COMPLAIN FOR DISCOMFORT AS A PERSON WITH ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. Guest access Guest own the whole premise while staying except one locked room that we use for storage. Other things to note The subdivision is a private family friendly community, hence, it is normal to see families walking, biking, jogging around the area.
