Ideally located, 5 minutes from the airport, TRAM / TER access 20 minutes walk and 45 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon. Free street parking. The space The studio is for a maximum of two people, it has a large, very bright room equipped with electric shutters and reversible air conditioning, for sleeping you have a sofa bed for two people (160*200) and a mattress topper for more comfort 👊 The accommodation has a large TV / a Polaroid station 1. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, electric stove, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave. Bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. We provide sheets/towels/shower soaps/basic necessities :) Guest access A lockbox is available, the code will be sent after booking Other things to note The garbage cans that belong to our accommodation are those that are located on the right, i.e. on the house side and not on Avenue du Bourgailh when you are in the path 😜 Black bin: common waste Green bin: plastic and cardboard Waste such as glass is to be left in the studio, we will take care of it 👊
