Peaceful and relaxing location ! Charming 2nd floor room with a queen sized adjustable bed. Located in a country Inn set on a 125 acre farm. Close to many popular activities, stores & restaurants. Beaches-25 mins, Portland & Portsmouth-45 mins, Kittery Outlets -30 mins. This spacious unit has a private bath 43" smart TV, Central Air, Wi-Fi, and use of the small indoor heated pool. Our inn does not offer meals at this time but many great dining options nearby. The space This spacious, light-filled private room is located on the second floor of a Farmhouse Inn. In-Room Amenities Queen-sized adjustable bed, allowing you to find your perfect position for a movie night or a restful night's sleep. Private Ensuite Bath: Complete with modern fixtures. Climate Controlled: Central Air and heating for year-round comfort. Entertainment & Tech: 43” Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Convenience Station: Includes a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for light snacks and morning brews. NOTE-Accessing this unit requires climbing one flight of stairs. Guest Access & Shared Spaces Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home and explore the extensive grounds of our working farm. Indoor Heated Pool: Take a dip year-round in our shared pool area. (Note: For this unit, the pool is accessed via a very short walk outside to the common area entrance). Common Living Area: Relax by the warmth of the gas fireplace in our shared lounge. Shared Kitchenette: Additional space for food prep beyond your in-room amenities. The Grounds: Wander through 125 acres of peaceful fields and fresh air. Dining & Location While the Inn does not serve meals at this time, you are minutes away from an array of local favorites and gourmet dining options. Our location serves as the perfect "home base" for coastal exploration: Local Beaches: Wells, Ogunquit & York 25 minutes Shopping at Kittery Outlets and Wells Antique Shops: 30 minutes Portland, ME: 45 minutes Portsmouth, NH: 45 minutes Guest access Guests have exclusive use of their rooms and private bath. You can also take advantage of the first floor indoor recreational pool (4' deep), living room with fireplace and a breakfast nook. Some common areas may be a shared space if other guests are on site. Pool use will be private/exclusive by simple reservation outside the pool room door. In addition to the large indoor space, you are free to walk about the farm; woods and fields. The wire fence is electric-so don't touch! Owners quarters are private and are labeled.
