Welcome to Lindi Lodge, your own private lodge in the African bush. Lindi Lodge is located in Mjejane Game Reserve, which is fenced into the Kruger National Park. This affords our guests the opportunity, if lucky, to view game directly from the house. Our home is equipped with all the basics, needed for a relaxing bush break. Additionally, we have installed battery backup and inverters to ease the burden of Power Outages, currently affecting South Africa. The space - Lindi Lodge is strictly self-catering - No pets or day visitors are allowed - No parties or events - The maximum occupancy is 6 Lindi Lodge is built in nature, with large windows on all sides, for unobstructed views of the fauna and flora that surround you. You live in comfort, with all the amenities needed to relax in the African bush, without taking away from nature itself. Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves. Other things to note SPEEDING: Please remember, we're in a sensitive, natural environment. We must respect the animals and plants in and around the yard as well as avoid speeding in the reserve. We recommend you drive no more than 35 km/h in the reserve, and 15 km/h in the residential area. The Reserve has a policy of ZERO tolerance for going even slightly above the speed limit. RESERVE FEES: When entering the reserve, you have to pay a Road and Conservation Levy, charged per vehicle. There is also a Bed Levy charged per person, per night. The levies are charged per car, and payable via card only. Access to the game reserve and the lodge is limited and no access is allowed after 22:00, so try arrive by 21:30. OTHER SERVICES: Game drives are available, but these must be pre-booked and are at an additional cost. The game drives are run by an outside company and are not affiliated to Lindi Lodge. Some game drive options are: -Mjejane River Lodge -Mjejane Bush Camp HOUSEKEEPING: We have instructed our staff not to come to the house for daily cleaning. Should you need the cleaning to be done, please let us know at least a day advance. Please also note: There will be no cleaning on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays unless requested in advance and it is at a fee.
