It is tall enough to accommodate most any adult in a seated position, however, the standing room is not adequate for adults. (A waiver must be signed prior to accessing the loft space. The loft is opened to below and the ladder is steep. Not suitable for small children.) The porch adds additional living space as it is covered and has a spectacular view! Propane-fueled fire pit on porch!! It is 22 miles to Little John Stadium; a 30-35 minute drive. This route is often quicker than navigating Hwy 123 from Seneca to Clemson on Game Day! ***If you're visiting for a special occasion like a BIRTHDAY or ANNIVERSARY, let me help you make it extra special. Homeowners may engage in ongoing land/property/trail management in other areas of the property but you have the expectation of privacy at the home. We live nearby on an adjacent property and are happy to offer assistance if needed. Should we be out of town while you're visiting, we have local contacts that can assist should the need arise. At times we will access some locations on the property, however, you have an expectation of privacy at the home. You shouldn't see us unless you need us!
