A very central and cosy flat located on the first floor of an old Venetian palazzo dating back to the 18th century. Despite its proximity to the city's main streets of interest, the flat is quiet. The flat is well equipped and furnished in a modern style. The interior spaces have recently been renovated and offer all the necessary amenities to make you feel welcome and at home. You can enjoy the beauty of Venice, but in an intimate and relaxing corner. The space "San Lio Romantic X2 a Rialto" is located on the first floor of a typical old Venetian building in a secluded calle that makes the area very quiet and peaceful. The flat consists of a large entrance hall, a spacious bedroom of about 16 sqm, a well-equipped kitchen of about 10 sqm with a spacious dining table. Modern bathroom, recently renovated, equipped with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and a bathroom cabinet with LED mirror. Air conditioning in the bedroom, Wi-Fi and independent heating. The property does not have a 24-hour reception; our remote assistance is only available until 10 p.m. Guest access The flat is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note Please note that: - You will be asked to provide identity documents of all guests staying, in order to register them with the local authorities, as required by Italian law. - Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance to organise a smooth check-in. - The standard mode of check-in is self check-in, so we will provide you with all necessary information prior to your check-in.
