Large very bright family home, 3 sides with garden and parking, located in a quiet environment in a very active seaside resort. WiFi, fireplace and reversible air conditioning, all necessary equipment, Baby cot:1 sofa bed, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub. Beaches, shops, restaurants, market, hikes nearby. Free parking on site. Accommodation accommodating up to 6 people It's not an empty vacation home but my house year-round. The space Large 3 sided house with garden and driveway to park. Bright with views of the Albères. Close to all shops and amenities, you can get around on foot, by bike, car or small train. Whether you want to visit the coast, vineyards, mountains or take a trip to Spain (30 minutes), you will find your happiness. The outside has a garden with a terrace, a dining table with benches as well as a barbecue, sun loungers. On the ground floor: A large living room very bright thanks to its many floor-to-ceiling windows, with a living area (large sofa with TV, fireplace area), dining room and reversible air conditioning. Orange TV and fiber WiFi internet. There is also a large fitted kitchen (oven, stovetop, range hood, etc.) with a dining area, a bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200 cm + 140 x 190 cm). Upstairs, another bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed as well as a mezzanine, place appreciated by children to play in. Available: cot, high chair and bath, books and various board games. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house as well as the garden. Some rooms and closets are doomed. Other things to note The house must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when entering the premises. NO smoking inside.
