The space This is a 2067 square ft accessible home, and it was built for a family or friends to spend time together, then go and enjoy their own private time in two different parts of the house. The front room flows into a large living room with lots of windows and sky windows that bring the light from the backyard, the pool area, and the sky. It is nested in a peaceful, family friendly neighborhood where everyone walks, bikes, or runs. Some houses are on a canal with private docks behind them. When you book it, you will find a luxury king size Michael Amini master bedroom set and Airloom mattress and your body will be thankful and ready to explore the area in the morning. Each room has a bit of a different feel: master bedroom with crystal balls on the king size bed and dark colors, front bedroom with light birch queen bed and 3rd room with log bed and a bay window into our FL jungle. The house is 10 minutes from Pensacola Beach over the bridge with colorful lights. Water of the sound is 900 ft behind the left corner of the backyard, so you can even cut through along the canal and get to a street facing the sound. It is a magic place that feels very private as it is surrounded by beautiful tall trees, located next to an empty lot. The house was built for privacy - see the floorplan (in pictures). Two bedrooms with one bath are on the left side. Huge front room and living room in the middle. Kitchen and dining area is on the right, followed by the master suite. You can leave the master suite through kitchen/garage at 5 am or come back past midnight without waking up everyone else. Guest access Keyless lock, you will receive your code 24 hours in advance AFTER you send a copy of your government issued ID first. The property is monitored by a security system with outside cameras. Breaking the rule of occupancy and unauthorized guests will be seen easily. The garage is not for guest use. The system is setup to notify us if garage is open. If you book it, you have consented to house rules. If you break the rules listed here, you will be ineligible for refunds. Guests are responsible for ensuring visitors comply with these house rules. Our rental rates are based upon a maximum of two persons per bedroom. Children are counted in total occupancy. Any additional overnight guests must be approved and are subject to additional fees. If you exceed the maximum occupancy number on this property, you will be charged a $300 penalty per person, for EVERY person over the stated occupancy number. The owner reserves the right to deny access or require all guests to vacate the property. Unless registered with and pre-approved by the owner, no events, group gatherings, or parties are permitted. Upon discovery of an event, group gathering, or party, the owner and Gulf Breeze Staff or Security shall have the right to enter and remove all persons from the Property, including you and your registered guests. In this event, you will forfeit all funds, including security deposits. Only those listed on the attached guest list to this rental agreement may occupy the property during the reservation period. The pool is larger than pools in most hotels, 18x36 ft, 23,000 gallons. It is great for swimming. The shallow area is 4 ft deep and drops to 8 ft after only a few steps. If you fall off of the float, there is 8 ft of water under you. There is no gate and no enclosure above the pool. Pool professionals come once a week on Fridays for about 30 minutes and they will not bother you. If it is windy after they leave, you might find a few leaves, but there are tools that you can use to skim the surface and fish them out. POOL USE: 1) NO SWIMMING FOR CHILDREN unless supervised by an adult who can swim well. 2) Do not tamper with the POLARIS that cleans the bottom of the pool or the pool system. YOU WILL BE CHARGED 500 dollars if you reset the pool pump or turn on the Polaris outside of its normal schedule (because if you do not understand it, you will burn the booster pump). 3) No glass, shells, drinks or food while in the pool/around the pool. This is why we do not have tables right next to the pool. The pool is NOT to be used to wash off sand from the beach.
