Prado Studio

Independent 30 m² accommodation in a peaceful village in Haute-Saône. Located at the back of a former café-restaurant formerly called the Prado, this studio has a terrace and many amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. An ideal location for fishing enthusiasts: the "La Lanterne" river is only a few meters away. Welcome! The space The interior is composed of 2 private rooms renovated in 2022: - A bright living space with a fully equipped open kitchen, a living area with TV, and a bedroom area (140 x 190 cm bed). - Bathroom with corner bathtub and towel dryer. - The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Kitchen appliances: hood/microwave/fridge (with freezer)/2-burner induction cooktop/oven and kettle. Type of heating: reversible aerothermal (hot air and cold air). Full bed linen and towels provided. Capacity: 2 people maximum. There's no wifi. The exterior includes a private terrace with good exposure: garden furniture (1 table and 2 chairs) is available in the summer. You can park your car in front of the studio. A convenience store with bakery and tobacco shop is just across the street (50 m). The village also has a pharmacy and a doctor's office (200 m away). The neighborhood is quiet and green: you will find a walking path along the river nearby. We live in another nearby village: we can therefore get to the scene quickly if needed.
