Prado Studio

Independent 30 m² accommodation in a peaceful village in Haute-Saône. Located at the back of a former café-restaurant formerly called the Prado, this studio has a terrace and many amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. An ideal location for fishing enthusiasts: the "La Lanterne" river is only a few meters away. Welcome! The space The interior is composed of 2 private rooms renovated in 2022: - A bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a sitting area with TV, and a bedroom area (140 x 190 bed). - Bathroom with corner bathtub and heated towel rail. - The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Kitchen appliances: range hood / microwave / fridge (with freezer) / 2-burner induction cooktop / oven and kettle. Heating type: reversible aerothermal (hot and cold air). Full bed linen and bathroom linen provided. Capacity: 2 people maximum. There is no wifi. The exterior includes a well-exposed private terrace: garden furniture (1 table and 2 chairs) is available in summer. We also provide (in summer) a small charcoal barbecue only on request. This additional equipment will be charged €5/day (charcoal and wood are not provided). You can park your car in front of the studio. A supermarket with bakery and tobacco is just across the street (50 m away). The village also has a pharmacy and a doctor's office (200 m away). The neighborhood is quiet and green: you will find nearby a walking trail that runs along the river. We live in another nearby village, so we can get there quickly if needed.
