Close enough to all the big sites and attractions in every direction but right in the heart of the nature and springs. Our home is comfortable yet modern and lived in. We have a beautiful sun room with lights, fan a smart TV and a fun bar. There's a large yard for the 2 and 4 legged kids to enjoy and a huge deck to enjoy games, laughs, grill for the family or just hang out. We appreciate family time and have provided tons of games, activities, books along with Plenty space for relaxation. Whether you like the sun or shade there's must. places to enjoy a cool drink and relax. On days the beautiful Florida weather doesn't cooperate the Lineau is a fantastic option to sit out and still be out of the weather. The Haven is in the heart of the natural springs with a scuba and snorkel shop right up town. We now have 5 quality kayaks/ paddles that will seat 6 adults. The nature on the Santa Fe River is amazing to see. In the evening we have a nice fire pit and a deck heater to enjoy chilly nights or just make smores. I The Haven is just a short walk from historic downtown and you will find several fun restaurants w/ patios and music, great food, fun shops and some fun people. The master suite is amazing with a queen bed, jacuzzi tub, separate toilet and walk out to the deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with bed room three which has a twin trundle. The dining room can easily sit and host your full group and the living room has a large ruko and TV and surround sound. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and serve your family and friends or grill your food on the propane grill on the spacious deck. When your food is done you’ll love the 4 season “Florida room” bug free. It has a TV set up, dining area and bar for entertaining and is lit up to enjoy the evening. When it’s dark The fire pit is ready for your camp fire with roasting sticks.
