This gorgeous newly renovated home is every vacationer's dream. This location can't be beaten. We are close to the beaches, restaurants, Galleria Mall, downtown Las Olas, and there is a Free Shuttle!! Enjoy our beautiful backyard oasis with a private pool & heated jacuzzi. This house is high-end with a chef's kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances such as a Sub-zero refrigerator with double freezers, Wolf appliances, and 4 Samsung Plus flat TVs with Netflix and other streaming options available. The space Fresh and modern furnishings give this home a luxurious feel. There is a huge air-conditioned Florida room near the pool with a separate living space, dining area, and a desk with a pool view. The rest of the home runs on central air conditioning. There is a separate laundry room with new large front-loading machines. We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee. Find us and other listings through BNR Concierge. The pool is only heated in the winter months. Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Pick up is early morning: Garbage, recycling, and yard waste pickup in the morning- Wednesday Garbage only- Saturday morning Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week. We provide a pool skimmer if needed. Landscaping maintenance is twice a month. Pool and landscaping service days vary due to changing weather conditions. The pool is only heated in the winter months. We need 48 hours notice to heat the pool/spa and the fee is $45.00 per day, and must be for the entire duration of the stay.
