Just a short walk away, you’ll find the beach, Belmont Pier, scenic bike and jogging paths, and Bluff Park. With beautiful weather year-round, it’s always a great time to explore. The neighborhood is home to a vibrant dining scene—with a variety of restaurants and cafés along 2nd Street & Broadway Ave. Take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood and discover all the area has to offer! The space The suite is the lower level of a home with private entrance and completely separate from the upstairs unit. It is comfortably furnished. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides for good privacy. Bathroom is in the middle. The living room has a smart TV. There is a dining area with table for 4. Everything is provided for in house meal prep. The shared patio has a gas BBQ. The neighborhood is very walkable at all hours. A full grocery store is close by as well as restaurants, bars and various personal services. Host lives in front house. Guests can text or use Airbnb app text. For stays longer than a few days, a washer and dryer is available to use upon request. Guest access One off-street parking spot is available. Extra large vehicles will not fit. Parking on local streets is free. Street sweeping occurs on Thursdays and Fridays between 10am-noon. Other things to note There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. NO PARTIES and NO LOUD NOISE anytime. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Contact the host if you have visitors.
