A little time out

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish place. The "Kleine Auszeit" can be found in idyllic Atzenhausen (245 inhabitants). The southernmost town of the municipality of Rosdorf is conveniently located between two connections of the A7 and the A38. (Dreieck Drammetal 4 km / Hedemünden 6 km). The nearest shops are in Gertenbach, 4 km away, or in Friedland, 10 km away. The Kaufpark in Göttingen can be reached via the A7 in about 15 minutes. See you soon The space You enter the apartment on the right through a small hallway. There is a wardrobe here for storing your clothes to be hung up. From there, 3 rooms branch off. On the right is the bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. There is also a window for ventilation. You can open the glass shower wall if necessary. The bedroom is opposite the entrance and has a 160 cm wide bed with spring mattress and two dressers, one with a mirror. The window is equipped with a darkening blind. If you prefer a neck pillow to sleep, I'll be happy to give you one. To the left of the entrance is the bright living room with a balcony, an integrated kitchenette with a variable induction field (drawer under the sink), also suitable for the balcony. The kitchen also has an exhaust fan, a microwave grill hot air combination, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, milk frother, toaster, blender and whatever else is needed in terms of cutlery and crockery. If anything is missing, I'll be happy to help. Garbage collection containers are stored in the middle bottom drawer. Detergent is located directly in the dispenser at the sink. A sponge, cloth and dishwasher tabs are provided. The refrigerator is separate and has a 3-star freezer. In the living area you'll find a comfortable sofa to relax. This can be used for sleeping (pulled out 145 cm) for additional guests. The flat screen has a diagonal of 137 cm. A table for eating or working is by the window. Two additional chairs can be found in the hallway and bedroom. Please contact me if something is wrong. Now I wish you a nice "little break." Guest access The apartment is located in our house and is on the first floor. After parking in our courtyard or directly on the street, a few steps lead to the upper entrance. After we have given you the code, you can take the key and enter the apartment independently. The key fits in the entrance door and in the door on the right to the "Kleine Auszeit".
