Just 20 mins to LEGOLAND and 50 mins to Disney, it's the perfect nature escape with easy access to Central Florida attractions. The space This home is a double-wide mobile home divided into two private units, located on a peaceful 1-acre property that also includes other nearby Airbnb stays. Your unit is completely private and for your exclusive use, with a fully fenced front yard that adds an extra layer of privacy. Because this is a shared structure, some sound transfer between the adjacent unit may occasionally occur, and there may be light vehicle activity from the nearby driveway at times. The area overall remains quiet and low-traffic. The space comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and includes: • 2 bedrooms with queen beds • Futon in the primary bedroom for additional sleeping space • 1 full bathroom with tub/shower combo and double sink vanity • Dining area for 6 guests • Living room with Smart TV • Smart TVs in both bedrooms with Netflix and streaming apps • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and essential appliances • Washer and dryer inside the unit Outdoor amenities include: • Private hot tub • Gas grill and outdoor cooking area • Outdoor dining table for 6 • Outdoor shower • Fire pit area • Hammock • Two lounge chairs for relaxing outdoors • Patio umbrella • Shade sail • Balcony seating area Access to the home includes a short staircase of approximately six steps at the entrance. Guest access Guests will use self check-in with a smart lock, allowing convenient and flexible arrival. The main driveway is shared with other guests on the property. After entering the driveway, your unit is located on the left side, identified by a wood double-door gate and a black metal sign that reads “Hidden Gem.” There are 3 designated parking spaces available for your unit. Please note that the laundry room door and the primary bedroom sliding door are emergency-use exits only and connect to the adjacent unit. For privacy and safety, these doors should remain closed unless needed in an emergency. Other things to note Here's a summary of our FAQ: Pet-friendly stay: We are happy to welcome pets. Please make sure to include your pet in the reservation so we are aware prior to arrival. For everyone’s comfort: • Please clean up after your pet • Pets should not be left unattended outdoors • Keep pets off beds and furniture when possible • Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages Fire pit: The fire pit is available for guest use. If you are planning to enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire, we recommend bringing your own firewood. Easy-start logs work best and are the most convenient option. Grill: The grill uses propane, which we provide. An extra tank is also available in case one runs out, so you can easily switch it if needed. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and basic cookware. If you’re planning to cook, we recommend bringing your own condiments, as these are not provided. Mosquito/bugs repellent: Since the property is surrounded by nature, we highly recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort during outdoor time. Noise: To help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone on the property, please avoid excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior, especially during evening hours.
