Come enjoy the peaceful setting of this property located on Barren River Lake. This cabin offers lots of patio and porch space to sit and listen to the boats buzz by. The cabin has 2 downstairs bedrooms one with a king bed and the other a queen. Upstairs in the loft is a full and two twin beds. The cabin is equipped with high speed WiFi, fire TV downstairs and a TV in the loft for gaming. The cabin offers All Natural USDA Beef for guest to purchase and have during stay. See Guestbook for info The lake view is better from October till May. You can still see the water during summer but there are trees/leaves that prevent a clear view. Guest will only be allowed access on the property located directly in front and behind the cabin. Guest will have access to the entire cabin. Quiet private residential area. Each home is privately owned. We respect our neighbors and request each guest to refrain from any loud activities that could disturb their privacy. The lake house is a short drive to nearby attractions. 5 miles to the Barren River Peninsula Marina, 15 miles to Barren River State Resort Park, 21 miles to Mammoth Cave National Park, 22 miles to the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY , 5 miles to Country Ridge Venue, and 30 miles to Beech Bend Park in Bowling Green, KY. Barren River lake is a Core of Engineer lake. Each fall starting October 15th the lake is drained to a lower level. The lake is then returned to summer pool in April. The host also offers all natural KY raised beef for guest to enjoy. Steaks, hamburgers and roast are available for purchasing.
