The accommodation has been completely refurbished, very bright, warm and refined decoration thanks to the charm of wood and stones. You can relax with a cocktail and our beautiful bar, all homemade and decorated by us. The space The "Gîte du Charme" is rented furnished on a seasonal basis. It is intended for a maximum of 8 people, non-negotiable. Non-smoking location. We do not accept pets (unless requested). It has a separate entrance in a 3-story Alsatian house. You will be located on the first floor of the house. High quality and very well equipped gîte. Comfort and serenity guaranteed! Everything has been designed for your comfort: 100 m2 of living space arranged to accommodate up to 8 people (including children), with family or friends. We have put our heart into the happiness, well-being and respect of our happy vacationers. Stay with family, friends, for a weekend, a week or a customized stay. Located in a quiet area, in the center of a small Alsatian village of about a thousand inhabitants and located between Colmar and Strasbourg. The central Alsace region enjoys a pleasant climate. In less than an hour's drive you can go to Germany or Switzerland. Parking possible in the property's yard for several cars. The accommodation includes: - 1 bedroom for 2 people with 1 double bed 160 x 200 and TV - 1 bedroom for 3 people with 1 single bed 90 x 190 and 1 double bed 140 x 200 and TV - 1 suite for 3 people with 1 single bed 90 X 190 and 1 double bed 160 X 200 as well as a shower/washbasin and TV - 1 bathroom with shower - 1 toilet - Open kitchen and living room: *Electric oven, glass-ceramic hob, American fridge-freezer, hood, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, microwave and all dishes * Sofa and coffee table * A large TV * A table with 8 chairs * A cocktail bar with bar chairs *Reversible air conditioning All beds are fitted with mattress protectors, duvets and pillow protectors. The rest is to be brought as well as bath towels and tea towels. Guest access The gîte is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of an Alsatian house. You will have access to the entire 1st floor, which will be for you only. The courtyard is common to the 3 apartments but parking spaces are reserved for you. Other things to note Key handover is provided by the owner or a family member. Please respect the hours (unless requested): - Check-in: After 5 p.m. - Check-out: Around 11 a.m. You can optionally rent linens and towels. To be ordered before your arrival (only available): • Sheet for 2 PEOPLE (sheet + duvet cover + 2 pillowcases) • Sheet for 1 PERSON (sheet + duvet cover + 1 pillowcase) • 1 set of towels per person (1 large + 1 normal) The price is €15 per person for sheets and towels.
