The recently completely modernized 3-bedroom vacation apartment is in a very quiet location in a cul-de-sac in Koblenz Metternich. It's just a few steps from the University of Koblenz. In addition, the river Moselle can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. There is also a beautiful bike path along the river. Looking forward to seeing you soon! The space Our 64 sqm apartment for one to seven people is located in the attic of the house (2nd floor). It consists of a bright dining kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (with a total of 6 single beds), living room and bathroom. All rooms are flooded with light. The entire apartment is at your disposal. The apartment is located in a neighboring street and the CAR can be parked free of charge on this street, but you can reach the public parking lot of the University of Koblenz in a 5-minute walk. Directly on site are public transport stop, so buses (line 4/14 or 5/15) run both during the week and on weekends. Bicycles can be placed on the bike rack in front of the house (also possible in the garage if requested). Guest access Access to the apartment on the 2nd floor is via a separate staircase in the house, no lift. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, an air fryer, and a coffee machine. Of course, we also provide coffee pods for our guests. Of course, there are also plenty of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. We provide fresh bed linen and towels (in towel size 50x70cm). We also offer cleaning services during the stay for an extra charge. Early check-in would be possible. Feel free to inquire. NOTE: Extra guest that hasn't booked are required to pay for their stay!
