At El Higuerón we offer you a unique opportunity to be in the middle of nature without giving up the luxuries of a fully equipped house, decorated with great detail and with an excellent Wi-Fi connection. Inside we offer a living room with a fireplace and chaise longue with access to the porch through large glass doors. Thanks to them you will have panoramic views of the Sierra de Líbar and the Guadiaro river valley. The kitchen, also overlooking and open to the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably, includes microwave, espresso machine, kettle and dishwasher. The house has 2 separate bedrooms. The first is furnished with a 150x190 queen size bed, has bedding for any time of the year and stunning views of the Sierra. It also has a large closet and heating in winter. The second has two 90x190 single beds and, like the other, has bedding for any time of the year, a large closet and heating in winter. Outside the house offers a large porch and a 70m2 terrace with spectacular panoramic views over the valley, a small round pool of 3m x 1m also with views and sun loungers to contemplate the landscape and sunbathe. We also have a barbecue. The plot has a vineyard, orange trees and olive trees and is well fenced. Pets are allowed. You will have private parking next to the house. The washing machine is in the laundry room behind the house. Pets are welcome. During the months of April and May, two horses graze in the field adjacent to the house. Some nearby attractions you can visit: • Our river is 1.5 km from the house with a natural pool and a beautiful lagoon. • Las Artezuelas: Waterfalls 10 minutes upstream. Don't miss out. • Via ferrata: You'll need the equipment, but we have a magnificent one 5 minutes from the town square. • Horseback riding routes leaving from Cortes de la Frontera (8 km from Jimera de Líbar) • Cueva del Gato: You can walk there and return by train, or vice versa, along a narrow path next to the river. • Cueva de la Pileta: We always recommend this place. Famous for its cave drawings. Must be booked sooner. • Multiple trails through the mountain with impressive fauna and flora. • Ronda, 'the dream city', is only 40 minutes away by car. • The Costa del Sol with its famous beaches is just an hour away. • Algeciras can be visited by train. The journey is very nice, it lasts only an hour and is very worthwhile since it runs through the entire Guadiaro valley passing through the famous vultures.
