In the Higuerón we offer you a unique opportunity to be in the middle of nature without sacrificing the luxuries of a fully equipped house, decorated in great detail and with an excellent Wifi connection. Inside we offer you a living room with fireplace and chaise longue with access to the porch through large glass doors. Thanks to them you will have a panoramic view of the Sierra de Líbar and the valley of the Guadiaro River. The kitchen, also overlooking and open to the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably, includes microwave, espresso machine, kettle and dishwasher. The house has 2 separate bedrooms. The first is furnished with a 150x190 Queen size double bed, it has bedding for any time of year and stunning views of the Sierra. It also has a large cabinet and heating in winter. The second has two single beds of 90x190 and the same as the other one has bedding for any time of year, a spacious closet and heating in winter. Outside the house offers a large porch and a 70m2 terrace with spectacular panoramic views over the valley, a small round pool of 3m x 1m also with views and sun loungers to contemplate the landscape and sunbathe. We also have a barbecue. The plot has a vineyard, orange and olive trees and is well fenced. We are pet friendly. You will have private parking next to the house. In the laundry room behind the house is the washing machine. Pets are welcome. Two cats live in the grounds. During the months of March, April and May three horses graze in the countryside bordering the house.
