Domizil Bad Ischl

Our historic townhouse is located above the Traun River, just behind the striking Kreuzstein, which greets you upon arrival in the village. This charming house was built in the late 19th century and serves as the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Bad Ischl and the Salzkammergut. We rent the lovingly furnished first floor, which exudes a truly cozy character with its antique wooden floors, solid stone walls and inviting wooden windows. The space The spacious living room with open fireplace will delight you. Here you can relax and enjoy the warmth of the fire. The west-facing living room shines in the afternoon in the radiant light, while the striking Mount Jainzen is opposite you. Three steps lead directly to the inviting terrace. The bedroom faces east and has a window overlooking the garden. It is equipped with a queen size bed (160 × 200 cm). Next to the small but nice bathroom is the sauna, which can accommodate two people - please observe the sauna rules regarding hygiene, power consumption and health information! In front of the house, a small, lovingly designed garden with varied greenery, a charcoal grill and an inviting dining area await you. Here you can enjoy the picturesque surroundings and leave the stress of everyday life behind. The residence is within walking distance of the train station (8 minutes) and is therefore very well accessible by public transport or by bicycle. Guest access The basement and the upper floor are not included in the rental and therefore also locked and alarmed, but are not occupied during the stay, thus ensuring an undisturbed stay. Other things to note Our house is in a quiet residential area. On the back side of the house, traffic can occasionally be heard during the week – but this only affects the outside area on this side. Inside the accommodation as well as on the garden side (front) it remains pleasantly quiet – ideal for relaxing or having breakfast outdoors.
