Authentic wine chateau

Come and enjoy the charm of the countryside in this old wine estate, nicknamed "the castle" by the inhabitants of this peaceful Charente village. Rustic family home, you will find many rooms and beds, but optimal use is planned for 8-10 people. This allows everyone to have their own space. Cool in summer, the 50 cm thick walls will protect you from the heat! The space You will find a very spacious fully equipped kitchen (40 m2), a dining room, a living room with sofa, armchairs and a large screen, with an original Nintendo to play Super Mario! At the back of the house is an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as a Weber barbecue and a parasol! A bowling alley will host your pétanque games. For little ones, there is a changing table, a small chair visible in the photos and games. For older children, there is also a wide selection of board games. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with separate toilet and another upstairs at the level of 2 adjoining bedrooms (and the 2nd toilet is in this bathroom). One bedroom is on the ground floor, the others are upstairs. The house was partly renovated by us, not everything is perfect, but we did our best to maintain its rustic charm. Linens included.
