The space September and October in Sedona: Early Fall is a glorious time in Sedona and the Verde Valley, with sunflowers, butterflies, the most marvelous light (see area shots in "Additional Photos"), and stellar temperatures. Days are still summer-like and nights are refreshingly cool, making our back patio area the perfect setting for lounging late in the day. Gather around the outdoor gas fire pit with a cocktail in hand and the stars overhead. Backyard/Outdoor Spaces: Our home offers a lovely and private backyard. Relax in the Adirondack chairs around a gas fire pit or in the comfy hammock. Grill up your favorites on the gas BBQ and enjoy your morning and nighttime meals outdoors under the shade sail. You will also find a private hot tub – perfect after a full day of hiking, mountain biking, or, frankly, any activity! Great Room: Features include contemporary-style furnishings with a mid century flair, 65” Smart TV with cable and Sonos surround sound system. In the cooler months, a cozy gas fireplace and throw blankets make for winter high-desert nights. Kitchen: The kitchen has been stylishly updated and is well equipped with dinnerware, utensils, and both stainless and non-stick pots and pans. Stainless steel appliances include a gas 5-burner chef’s stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and more. The designer countertops offer breakfast-bar seating for three and a built-in butcher block. Plus, whenever possible, we insist on eco-friendly products and work with a like-minded housekeeping team. The house is set back from the road and offers plenty of parking (including one garage space). Our floor-to-ceiling windows look out to Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock. If you are a western buff, you'll recognize the view from numerous John Wayne films. The backyard hang-out space feels super-secluded and cozy.
