Discover comfort and convenience at our 3-bedroom retreat, located on a quiet hill just a short drive from Nagua’s beautiful beaches and attractions. The house offers Wi-Fi, AC in all rooms, ceiling fans, an inverter, and free parking. From its elevated spot, you can catch a distant glimpse of the ocean and enjoy cool breezes in a quiet, safe area close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The space The property features AC units in ALL rooms, ceiling fans, inverter for uninterrupted power, desk for office work and ready to use appliances (microwave, stove, fridge, blender, etc). Guest access Guests have access to entire home including backyard Other things to note The entire house is for your use. Kitchen: Equipped with fully functional fridge, oven and utensils necessary including pots and pans if you'd like to cook yourself something during your stay. Conveniently Located: Supermarkets in the Area: La Sirena (similar to Walmart), Tangui Supermarket (There are also many 'colmados' (grocery stores/bodegas) in the area that offer delivery services) Restaurants: La Cocina de Alba, Restaurant Don Camarón, Mama Caí, Punto Saludable (roof top dining restaurant), D' Chefcito, Nani Delicias, D' Pastas i Mariscos, and many others. Hospitals: Union Polyclinic Medical Center, Pharmacies and Wineries. We are about 5 minute drive from some of the best restaurants in Nagua; D' Chefcito, Nani Delicias, D' Pastas i Mariscos, Ceniza and Grill, Punto Saludable, La Cocina de Alba, The world of seafood, Restaurant Don Camarón, among others. Beaches and Nearby Attractions: Beaches: Playa El Diamante, Playa Los Gringos, La Poza De Bojolo, Arroyo Salado, Playa Grande, and many more. Children-friendly spots and Natural Springs: Laguna Dudú, Gri-Gri, , Balneario La Prensa, Restaurante Don Camaron (restaurant with a pool) FYI: Every now and then the power may flicker off (or as the locals say, “se fue la luz!”). No worries though — the house has an inverter that keeps the lights, Wi-Fi, and essentials running. These moments are rare and usually happen briefly as utility companies work to maintain the power/electric grid.
