Other things to note Documentation and Check-in: -Reservations for third parties will not be accepted, unless the reservations are made by companies for their employees. - All tenants must provide an official ID and photo prior to check-in. -A temporary rental agreement will be signed electronically prior to check-in. - All documentation and contract signature must be sent 48 hours before the day of check-in. If they are not sent by this time, check-in will only be possible the next day after 8 a.m., and no refund will be given. Minors: -Minors under 18 must be accompanied by relatives or legal guardians. Minors' documents will be required for legal verification. Rules of Conduct: -Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Respect the neighbors. In case of complaints after this time, a fine of R$ 500.00 will be applied without prior notice. - Visits: Not allowed. -Events and Parties: Not allowed. -Smoking: No smoking in the property. In case of violation, the fine is R$ 1,000. -Animals: Animals are not allowed. In case of violation, a fine of R$ 500.00 will be charged. Damages and Fines: - Damage to household objects requires payment of the total value of the damaged property. -All infractions are subject to a contractual fine and termination of the lease without any refund of the amounts paid. Extensions and Check-out: -Booking extensions must be made by 5 p.m. the day before check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.
