The Homestead

The Homestead, originally built in 1898 and owned by the same family of original settlers for 125 years. This 1700 sq/ft 4 bedroom 2 bath home is situated on 3+ acres. It bursts with charm and uniqueness while farm land acreage meets gorgeous panoramic ocean views. Relax on the patio to feel the breeze of the ocean by day and after an amazing West Coast sunset, keep an eye out for the light of cruise ships late night. Inquire about RV hookup (septic and 30amp power) for additional guests. The space House is located on 3.83 acres of open yard. 2 bedrooms downstairs with queen size beds and 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs with double beds, perfect for multiple children. **Recent updates for 2025 include faster WIFI: 300 plus mbps, YouTube TV and a Louvered Pergola on the sun deck (enjoy the ocean views with full sun or closed for shade and shelter from rainfall)** Guest access Full access to the whole house and the yard. There is beach access located close by that is public access so please respect the trail, stairs and space. **There was a recent slide at the Seabright beach access stairs. Timeline for repairs is unknown** For those wanting to use an RV it will be placed in the yard on the east side of the home. All dogs must be leashed at all times when using the beach access and on any outdoor walks for the area may have other guests with dogs as well. Other things to note **Pets are welcome but we charge an additional $200 deep cleaning fee. Any pet damages to the home and contents will be collected separately via ABNB Remedy Center. The $200 fee is divided over each night and you will see the daily fee increase as a result** There is a trampoline, ninja line, zip line, 2 tree swings and a swing set in the yard for guests to use at their own risk. Guests are responsible for making the decision to use these play activities and must take full responsibility if injury occurs. Max occupancy of 8 guests includes daytime and/or evening guests, not just the guests spending the night. We run in a septic system so all additional usage may overload the system which is our main concern.
