Each bedroom has two night stands, a bench seat and a closet to store clothes and luggage. 1 BATHROOM This is a one bathroom home. The shower has two curved sliding glass doors. The shower head is set high on the wall. IMPORTANT: This home is on septic so please DO NOT flush anything besides natural bodily waste and toilet paper. DO NOT USE FLUSHABLE WIPES- they will not dissolve and they will clog the septic. Bathroom Amenities Include: Hair Dryer Shampoo Conditioner Body Lotion Toilet Paper Towels OFFICE Need a place to sit and journal or perhaps sneak in a little quiet work away from the office? This separate private room has calming decor, vibrant light, a comfortable sleek desk and a cozy office chair. KITCHEN You will find everything you need to produce a home cooked meal here. The Kitchen has a gas stove with a dedicated griddle space and oven. There’s a full-size fridge and freezer. The kitchen is stocked with most items needed to prepare a great meal including a variety of seasonings. There is a four person table with a bench seat and two stools. Coffee ☕️ A coffee bar with a Keurig DUO coffee pot invites you to enjoy those perfect Finger Lakes mornings the way you want: a full pot made from your favorite grounds or a single serve K-Cup. Complimentary K-Cups and Coffee filters provided. Kick back and sign into your favorite streaming service or pop a bottle of wine around the coffee table and chat with friends after an invigorating day exploring the Finger Lakes. OUTSIDE SPACE In the backyard you will find Adirondack chairs around a propane fire table. There’s also a new Charbroil propane gas grill for some backyard grilling. The yard flows into a large active farm field surrounded by peaceful woods. A quintessential Finger Lakes region atmosphere. Expect to see some wildlife! Guest access You will have access to all main areas of the house, the front yard and the backyard. The Attic in the house will be locked and guests do not have access to this area of the house. In the backyard there is a small shed that will be locked and guests do not have access. Other things to note Septic System IMPORTANT: This home is on septic so please DO NOT flush anything besides natural bodily waste and toilet paper. Well Water We are on a drilled well that is shared with the neighboring properties and while the water pressure and quality of the water are both excellent, we do ask that you please be conscious of the amount of this natural resource you use. We only accept requests for late check-outs on a case by case basis. Other things to note You may hear some general traffic noise from from the highway- remember, our home is right on the Wine Trail! We have a Ring security camera installed outside at the main entrance door for the safety and security of our home and our guests. It is on and running at all times, if a guest blocks or moves the camera at anytime we may cancel the reservation and you will be charged for any damage to the equipment.
