Guest access Our guests can use all the common areas of the building. Guests access the condominium with facial recognition. Therefore, we request the photos of the documents of everyone who will use the property. It is mandatory to identify all visits to the apartment. Maximum of 5 people (guests + visits) per stay. Visits unidentified by the parking lot are not allowed inside. Subject to a fine! Information about visitors must be sent in advance, in a timely manner, so that we can inform the reception - where visitors must identify themselves. Other things to note At the time of booking, we request the following information from all guests to allow access at the 24-hour reception: full name, CPF, photo of the identification document and, if using the garage, the vehicle license plate. We can provide, subject to availability, a baby kit (collapsible crib, high chair and bathtub).
