Other things to note 🆔 IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT Villa Eleia is a licensed and secure accommodation facility authorized by the Ministry of Tourism. In accordance with current legal regulations and due to inspections by security authorities, all guests staying at the property are required to share their ID or passport information with us prior to check-in. All shared personal data is kept confidential and is only shared with the relevant official authorities; it is not shared with third parties. In cases where ID/passport information is not provided or the number of guests declared in the reservation is not respected, we reserve the legal right to request additional fees, cancel the reservation, or notify the relevant platforms. Any administrative or legal responsibility arising from the detection of undeclared persons on the premises belongs solely to the reservation holder. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. 🦗 NATURAL ENVIRONMENT NOTICE In order to protect you against potential risks, the interior and exterior areas of the house are regularly treated by professional teams. However, as our property is located within a large natural environment, guests are kindly requested to also remain personally cautious and attentive to wildlife such as spiders, mosquitoes, or scorpions. 🌻 GARDEN IRRIGATION As our house is located on a large property, regular irrigation is carried out, especially during warmer periods, to preserve the natural vitality of the garden. This process is performed 2–3 times per week depending on seasonal conditions, with careful consideration of guest comfort and privacy. Detailed information will be shared after reservation confirmation. 🧻 CLEANING SERVICE All cleaning procedures are fully completed before the house is handed over. Daily cleaning service is not provided during the stay. For stays of one week or longer, additional bed linen and towels are provided in advance. 🛟 POOL CLEANING Our pool is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for use before your arrival. The filtration and chlorine system operates fully automatically. Daily pool cleaning is not provided during the stay.
