Our apartment is on the top level of the gated complex ( access through lifts) making it very well lit and ventilated. The large bedroom with an attached bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette completes the aura of being at home-away from home. It opens into a beautiful balcony with a lounger and a coffee table, where you feel the cool sea breeze and great views of the lush green surroundings or the pool underneath. It also lits up with fairy lights at night for those dreamy, cozy nights. Take the lane next to the guard room which is a 2 minute walk to the main Baga- Calangute beach road with many popular bars, restaurants and shacks The most famous Tito's lane at Baga beach is at 500 meters from the house. Other things to note Thank you for taking the time to read and following my house rules. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in detail to avoid any misunderstandings. I’ve put a lot of effort into making my home into a lovely space for you. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home and most importantly have a lovely stay. I kindly ask you not to rearrange my furniture or eat in the bedroom. Please use the dining area, clean the kitchen after you use it, do your dishes, and put garbage in the bin. GOA IS GOING GREEN. Please turn off all lights when you leave. Make sure to turn the AC off when opening any windows or doors to the outside, especially during summer. • DAMAGE CLAIMS Incase the damages , a claim will be filed with Airbnb to reimburse the loss. • LONG TERM STAYS ( 15 days and above ) Please note that the charges for utilities like electricity, internet, gas etc will be charged extra ( at actuals ) for stays for and above 15 days. A refundable deposit amount of Rs. 5,000 will also be collected at checkin for all such long term bookings. Unregistered GUESTS or Vistors are not allowed after 9pm. KEYS : Please take extra care not to lose any keys or lock them inside the house, as it takes a lot of work to replace them. I don't want you to incur any replacement fees which are Rs.1,000 for each key plus Rs.500 as call-out fee. HOUSE KEEPING is done once daily around 11am. Incase you want it at a different time then please inform the care taker in advance. No cleaning services are available after 5pm as the cleaning staff needs to go home. We don’t do ghost cleaning so please be available during the time of house keeping. Please do not carry TOWELS or linen to the beach or anywhere outside. If found stained the replacement costs of linen would have to be borne by you. Swimming pool timings are from 6am to 8pm. Please take shower and wear proper swim costumes before you get into the pool. Smoking or Drinking alcohol around the pool is not allowed. Quiet hours from 9pm - 9am. Please respect our neighbours privacy. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. We’r not here to ruin anybody's fun, but this is our home and it's not suitable for a house party NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Use of any illegal substance is not allowed on premises. Please take care of your belongings. Me or any of my staff members won’t be responsible for any lose of your belongings or valuables. CHECK-OUT ON TIME: 11:00 AM. Kindly prepare to check out on time. We need to clean our home for the next guest. Checking out late will mean the next guest can't check in on time, which is a not a great way to start their stay. Registration Details HOTN004638
