The space This is a spacious and bright accommodation with 3 bedrooms for 6 people, located in nature and overlooking the ocean. You can enjoy a living room with a fireplace, perfect for winter nights, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. The apartment is located in a residential area where you can relax and breathe the fresh air. You can also stroll through its picturesque streets, enjoy its beaches and taste the delicious local cuisine. Don't miss this opportunity to relax and get to know a place full of charm and magic in an apartment with incredible views. *** For reservations longer than 15 days, the included utilities (heating, water and electricity) will be a maximum of 150 euros per month. It is essential to inform R2R Consulting of the details of all guests for subsequent submission to the Police, as required by the regulations. If the details are not sent, the house will not be accessible. For reservations made on Airbnb, a security deposit is not required. Guest access The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbors must be respected. Other things to note No parties, bachelor parties or events. One of the beds is a trundle bed, whose mattress has reduced and different characteristics compared to the other mattresses. Please keep in mind that parties and bachelor parties are not allowed in the apartment. If there is any kind of annoyance to the neighbors or the rules of the apartment are violated, a penalty of 300 euros will be applied. Daily housekeeping service is available to guests, except for the kitchen and kitchenware, change of linens every 4 days, repairs and maintenance, and tourist information about the area.
