Welcome to our charming guesthouse near the shores of Lake Annecy. Our cozy retreat is the perfect destination for those looking for a peaceful and serene getaway. The guesthouse is located just a stone's throw from the lake and a short bicycle ride from the charming medieval historic centre of Annecy. The highlight of the space is the terrace next to the pool, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass. Free parking in front of the house except July-August. Guest access You have the exclusive use of the room and the bathroom. Self check-in available. Other things to note ****** NO KITCHEN ****** Please note that there is no kitchen in the room, but the apartment features a small fridge, a Nespresso/Expresso coffee maker and a kettle (with free coffee pods and tea bags.) The apartment is perfectly located with the immediate access to the lake (3 min walk!), Albigny beach, and Albigny village center. In town you will find a very good bakery, several restaurants and cafés, a caterer, a newspaper shop and a pharmacy, everything at walking distance. You will also be 10 min walk from a large supermarket. There is a bike renting place just 5 minute away walking distance. There is a bus stop in front of the house if you prefer to take public transport to reach the center of Annecy - all public buses are free in July and August.
