Assigned single-car parking & visitor parking right outside the unit. Fully stocked with appliances & basic necessities for your stay. There is a patio with outdoor dining table and chairs. Smart lock check-in makes your arrival and departure simple. The space Once you've enjoyed a cool swim, you can relax in the cozy living room where you can kick up your feet, binge watch your shows, while sipping on that icy drink you've earned after exploring the beautiful Sonoran Desert attractions. There's a comfortable master bedroom with queen bed and huge closets. The 2nd bedroom has a small table as a dedicated work space and trundle bed that sleeps two. There is a newly updated full kitchen with gas stove and all the amenities you need for a weekend or a long stay. Wireless internet and smart TV to allow any guest to log into their own streaming services. Private patio has comfortable seating, shade and dining. Recently upgraded, the bright, cozy unit cleans easily and stays cool. Guest access The entire villa is yours to enjoy. There are two swimming pools within the community, key is required for entry which is inside the unit. The laundry room is located right next door, key is required. The Villas complex has 2 pools, and walking paths. You can walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market, several nice restaurants, pharmacies, stores, and banks. Other things to note 55+ community, age compliance enforced for at least one guest per party. Unit is next door to laundry facility which requires quarters (does not have change machine). Assigned parking spot right outside unit, car needs to be registered with the community office. Please keep pets on leash especially at night since javelinas occasionally wander the neighborhood.
