The space The apartment is fully renovated, furnished and equipped, ideal for both short and long-term stays. Spaces • Living room: Spacious and comfortable, it has a corner sofa where two people can sleep separately, as well as a 55” smart TV. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishes, pots, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge and oven, to prepare your meals and enjoy them in the functional and original dining room. • Bedrooms: The first has a king size bed with its own 43" smart TV and the second a double bed. The second bedroom is available for reservations of more than 2 people or by arrangement. • Bathroom: Equipped with hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and liquid soap. Additional Amenities In the winter months the house has central heating to ensure a warm and comfortable stay. In addition, we provide air conditioners for comfort throughout the year, regardless of the season. Capacity and Reservation Policy The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, groups, couples, individual travelers or professionals. Bedroom 2 is available for reservations of more than 2 people or in case 2 people want to sleep separately there is a one-time charge (+10€) The house can also accommodate babies because we have a crib, a special bathtub and a dining table.
