Single room with quiet air conditioning for summer. (electricity consumption in +) You will be 100m from the Jean Jaurès metro. You can access the kitchen to take your meals. We offer a quiet and clean place. In the rate, heating for the winter and air conditioning in summer is included for 4 hours a day at 20°. If you need more it is possible to complete on site. Depending on your needs. Guest access You have your room. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared. Be careful not to monopolize. You’re not in this alone. Other things to note I'm available on Sundays around 8pm-9pm. Monday from 6pm to 10pm. Other days, check with us.
