Vacation between Tarn and Aveyron

Located in the valley of the Viaur River, in the heart of the pretty little village of Pampelonne, which offers many facilities (grocery store, pharmacy, butchery, bakery, bar-restaurant, shady petanque field, children's playground…) all accessible on foot in two or 3 minutes, we offer a charming little cottage, for 4 people, completely renovated with taste in spring 2022. Hiking, exploring, leisure park, culture and local parties await you in Carmausian country! The space This one has a 22m2 living room that opens to a small kitchen, with fridge/freezer, oven/microwave combo and induction hob. You'll also find a Senseo coffee machine. You will also find a master bedroom of 10.5 m2, equipped with a 160 X 200 bed and a large storage cabinet and its wardrobe. A second independent sleeping area of 8.6m2 has 2 90x200 beds that can easily come together to create a single large bed; in this room there are also 2 dressers with wardrobes, as well as large storage spaces under the beds. A large bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine completes the interior of this small 51 m2 house. It is important to note that the 3 rooms are equipped with individual reversible air conditioning, and that the cottage is equipped with a high-speed wifi connection (free). Outside, a nice terrace well exposed and can be protected from the sun by a blind, as well as a brightly colored garden furniture and a Weber barbecue. Guests can park your vehicle either in the grounds or in the street. The cottage also has a large 450m2 lot, where we will provide you with many outdoor games, such as Finnish bowling, balloons, table tennis table (with snowshoes); we complete this equipment with the availability for our vacationers, adult petanque balls (metal) and children (plastic). Dozens of hiking trails pass through the locality, especially those that follow the Viaur and its dams. Less than 2 km away is a campsite open in the summer and offers a restaurant in the middle of nature, as well as a canoe kayak base. Guest access The whole of the house is at your disposal and access. You will also have the keys to the barn where the barbecue, ping pong table, balloons or garbage cans are stored. This space is definitely not intended to stay but remains a storage place.
