SCHOOL AREA The property project is for an eight story building, at the moment the construction is paralyzed. Downstairs there are four shops, the apartment is located in the first floor, you have to go upstairs and you don't have a railing yet. The apartment is in semi-finish construction, some paint details are missing, the ceiling spotlights and some aesthetic details, but we did our best so that doesn't stop them from having a pleasant stay. The space It's furnished with the basics for your stay, consists of 2 bedrooms with TV, we use Magis TV (you can enjoy over 1200 live channels from Latin America and international, exclusive sports, movies and premiere series, children's content and much more). 2 bathrooms with hot shower 24hrs which works with a heater, dining room and kitchen with basic implements. Wi-fi is available to you. The apartment DOES NOT HAVE BECAUSE OR GARAGE. Guest access You can enter and leave 24 hours a day without restriction.
