At the foot of Puy Mary, in the Volcans d'Auvergne Regional Natural Park, in Le Falgoux, this lovely Auvergne house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It welcomes you from May to September and for the winter holidays in the heart of the Mars Valley. Enjoy its exceptional terrace with a view of the ridges. Hiking on site. THINGS TO NOTE: Rental from Saturday to Saturday. All linens are provided. Options: Bath towels €8/pers. End-of-stay cleaning: €80 The space On the ground floor you enter directly into a large living room with dining area just close to the fireplace (the cantou), kitchen area, and relaxation area, all directly overlooking the terrace. The next room is converted into a living room with desk area, independent toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a shower room with wc. The first bedroom has a 140 cm bed (2 people), the second bedroom has a 140 cm bed (2 people), and the third bedroom has a 140 cm bed, a 90 cm bed, and a 120 cm bed. The house is located on an enclosed plot of 1000m2. A carport is attached to the property. Note: Sheets are provided. Options: Towels and an end-of-stay cleaning service are offered. We rent at least 7 nights. Welcoming and check-out is only from Saturday to Saturday. Other things to note As we don't live on site, we rent for at least 7 nights from Saturday from 4 p.m. until Saturday after 10 a.m. Check-in and check-out: Saturday only. Cleaning option: Please leave the cottage in the condition you found it (except for the beds). If you don't want to do the cleaning, an end-of-stay cleaning option is offered for €80.
