The space Welcome to the Cozy Cottage on the beautiful Loyalhanna Creek. We are located in the Laurel Highlands close to many parks where you can hike bike and fish. You can enjoy a short drive to the historic diamond village of Ligonier where you can eat and shop to your hearts content. Our cottage is 850 sq.ft. on the main level with an additional 300 sq.ft. in the basement. We have all the comforts of home awaiting your arrival. The views of the Loyalhanna Creek from our cottage are spectacular . Relax on our large back deck watching all the wildlife as the sparkling water rushes below you. There are many windows inside the cottage that highlights the outdoors. You can grill out and enjoy your meal on the back deck. You can also relax around the fire pit in the evenings. The gas fireplace is great place to sit and relax anytime of the year. We do provide a coffee station with coffee pot and Keurig machine along with many coffee and tea choices. The living room is very cozy with 3 recliners and a tv with roku that can access streaming apps. We do include xfinity and directv streaming. We also provide high speed internet service. The basement has a washer and dryer for cleaning your clothes. We hope you spend some time at our Cozy Cottage. You should have some great memories for years to come. There is access to the Loyalhanna Creek down the hill, but we don't recommend walking down the hill. It is pretty sloped and can be easy for our guests to slip and fall. Walking down hill at your own risk. There is an easy access to the creek straight across from our cottage. It is a short walk or drive across the bridge to an entry area that is only 3 feet elevation to navigate. There is also spots over there to park your car. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. We offer our Cozy Cottage as a smoke free enviroment. We don't allow smoking or vaping on our property. If you need to smoke we kindly ask that you stay at another Airbnb property. We will charge $400 cleaning fee for any evidence of smoking or vaping. Thanks for your attention to this house rule. Guest access All areas of the cottage are accessable to the guests. We do have an owners closet in the bedroom that you can't access. Other things to note There is a queen size bed that sleeps 2 guests in the main bedroom. You can close the bedroom door for privacy. There is a clothes closet in the bedroom. The adjacent open bedroom/office has a full/double sleeper couch for 2 guests. The living room has a twin sleeper chair for 1 guest. There is a large closet in the living room for second bedroom and living room guests clothing. There is also a dresser in the living room for clothing.
