Large 4 bedrooms (1 king+2 queens+1 full and 3 twin beds) and 3 full baths; guests will sleep comfortably. Enjoy darts and ping pong while watching the big game on the 70in Roku TV in the downstairs game room or head upstairs to cook, dine, sip on your favorite beverage in the screened in patio, or out on the deck. Relax in the living quarters and catch up on your favorite shows on the SmartTV. YouTube TV and WIFI are included. Lakepoint Retreat is waterfront. The private dock is located on the property just below the home. It is a short but steep walk down to the water where you can launch the paddle boards or hop in the pedal boat and explore. There is a zipline, hammock, basketball goal, and so much more fun to be had for all guests. You will have access to the entire house and property, private dock below on the lake, and fire pit. Guests may request access to the pedal boat, paddle boards, and canoe (so we can make sure they are in great condition and ready for you). The garage will be locked and for use by owner only. The locked owners supply closet inside the home will not be accessible by guest. Host information will be provided before check-in to ensure your stay is wonderful. Merifield Acres is a beautiful lake community with an apple orchard, air strip, Oak Park playground area and miles of exploring. Discover deer roaming on your morning walks or jogs. Take a sunset stroll and enjoy nature while taking in the fresh air. Bring your rackets and play tennis or pickleball. This community has so much to offer! Huge driveway with ample parking in front of the lake house. Can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Bring your boat and park it in the driveway. Miles of scenic neighborhood streets, so bring your bikes. Before check-in, guest will receive a detailed information about the stay. Life jackets are available for use and encouraged. Canoe/pedal boat/paddle boards may be reserved for your stay. ZipLine on property is available. Weight limit is 200lbs and use at your own risk. Indoor fireplaces may NOT be used. Bath towels are not to be used for the lake. Please bring you own beach towels. Army Corp of Engineers control Kerr Lake water levels. Please note that at full pool (300ft) there is approximately 4.5 ft of water depth at the end of the dock. Plenty for your boat and the provided lake toys. Again, this is subject to change. Bring your own bike, basketball, hiking and swimming shoes, pickleball and tennis equipment.
