There is NO SMOKING inside the property at any time. Smoking inside the property will result in a $500 fine. Also, absolutely NO VISITORS or extra guests are allowed to stop by at the property for any period of time, unless previously approved and included in the total reservation guest count. All visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation request at the time of booking or approved & added prior to the check-in date. The property “sleeps” 6 guests in beds, and the maximum occupancy per group/reservation is 15 individual people total max (including any visitors). Any violations of these most critical house rules will result in a penalty charge and immediate eviction of the property without refund. House rules are strictly enforced with the help of law enforcement due to county regulations. Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am must be respected during the weekday and are enforced by noise sensors.*
