My apartment has a breathtaking view, is only 10 minutes walk to the heart of the city center and 5 minutes walk to Eurovea mall with a lot of restaurants, bar and shops only few meter far from river Danube. The apartment has one double bed and one sofa bed. It is full equipped with oven, fridge, big tv, kettle, wash maschine, iron, hairdryer, etc. There is 24h reception in the building. Fiber Wi-fi. Parking in the garage in the building 15€/day. The space I offer: - map of city - newsletter of current events in the city - coupons for discount in many restaurants and shops Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons but there can sleep another 2 on sofa bed. Blackout curtains have been recently added. Guest access Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in from 13:00 is possible for an additional fee of €15. Late check-out until 12:00 (noon) is also available for €15. Other things to note Parking is 15€/day. Important note: We are a self check-in accommodation, and a refundable security deposit of €150 is required. The deposit is released on the day of check-out, and the guest’s bank may take 1 to 7 days to make the amount available again.
