Garden Level Apt in Brownstone

You have found your oasis in the middle of New York City. Gorgeous designer’s own garden/ground level, 1000 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in a centrally located Harlem brownstone on a historic, tree-lined street. The space The Garden Level – just bring your toothbrush (but if you forget we can get you a new one!). This 1000 sq ft/93 sq meter floor is fitted for the most discerning traveler where you will find all the comforts of home ready for your arrival. The check-in/entry system has been automated so you can access the apartment at any arrival time should no one be available to greet you. All bedrooms are located in the back of the building facing a lovely and serene walled garden – peace and quiet awaits you! The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen sized bed and a reading area. The second bedroom has two, twin sized beds perfect for both adults and children. Walls of closets abound! Queen and Twin sized aerobeds are also available for additional guests should your party be slightly larger. You can choose to go out to dine at all the amazing restaurants that NYC has to offer but, if you decide to take an evening off and stay in, you have a fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats six waiting for you at home. A breakfast bar is also available for that quick snack before you head out for a day of sightseeing. The main living area is open and airy with a beautiful non-working fireplace. The apartment has wireless Internet service. A 46” wall mounted flat screen HDTV with Apple TV, Netflix etc. is located in the main living area. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms (in season). Linens, towels, hair dryer, and an ironing board are provided. For those with young children a pack and play crib is available. The full kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cups, eating and cooking utensils as well as basic supplies for your use if you choose to dine in your home away from home. The rental terms accommodate up to 4 people. Additional persons will be charged $25-50 per night up to a total of 7 guests. Guest access Access to the apartment is automated to accommodate off hour arrivals and departures. If you wish to check-out after 11am let me know prior to arrival and I am happy to accommodate where possible, however typically I am booked for a same day arrival. Leaving bags in the (secure) hall is usually no problem if you would like to collect them before a later flight etc. Other things to note Note on security cameras - there are no cameras inside the house. There are 2 outside at the upper and lower entrance. Please note that if you are reading the and see mention of it being shared space, this is a private apartment and not shared space. I live in the building as well and have an additional listing for upstairs which is shared with me and those reviews would be for the other listing.
